Reclaiming Isis was released last week from Changeling Press. If you’ve read it, I’d love to know what you think. I’m hard at work on books two and three in the series. In fact, I’m 3/4 of the way done with both of them if you can believe it. Book two is called Rescuing Natacha, and book three is Azula’s Rebellion. I’m really enjoying this little world I’ve created and the characters.

You guys know romance and lust. Are Jake and Vienna not the most fake couple you’ve ever seen? I hate to judge people, and I’m actually sure they are decent people in real life, but come on. That whole breakup interview on The Bachelorette the other night? Such great (cough) acting. It’s like they pulled every excuse they could to break up with each other and be done with it.

In the end, I’m sure Jake wanted the fame and there’s nothing wrong with that I guess. If Vienna doesn’t, there’s nothing wrong with that either. I just hate that people watch this crap on TV and see how people treat each other (in reality world.)

The story here is… the show is setup to fail. You go on five or six uber glamorous dates and expect to find true love? No way. That’s not where you find true love. You find it in the challenges. In the dates that go bad.
