It’s always hard to start a new series and getting readers involved really helps. Obviously, you sharing the book announcement with your friends helps spread the word, but it also lets me concentrate on writing. Rather than chew off all my fingernails, I know that you guys are sharing the love and I can get back to work on the next four books.

I can’t believe the big day is so close…and yet so far away. The absolute worst part of being  a writer is having a book ready for readers to enjoy but having to wait for the marketing machine to do its thing. I wish it weren’t the case, but marketing is important. If I didn’t have to spend time on marketing, I could spend more time writing. But anywho.
